I've been posting the last two weeks about the BP settlement in principle reached last month. Well, it was finally made public today. You can view it in its entirety here. The court has still not approved the settlement, but I'm hoping that will happen soon as many businesses and residents affected by the 2010 oil spill are desperately still in need of help.

Over the next few days, more information about the terms of the settlement in principle will surface. If you have any questions about the settlement in principle, visit Businesses by the Beach where you can find a wealth of information. Businesses by the Beach is analyzing the now public document and will have it broken down into plainer language in the next day or so.
