The Internet is filled with misleading websites about making money from home and much more. With so many websites offering help to potential BP Claimants, such as accounting firms and law firm, but they need to make sure that their websites aren’t misleading.

Judge Barbier, who is overseeing the BP Settlement Program, addressed this very issue recently when he ordered the owner of two claims-related websites to post clear disclaimers on the site stating they were not ‘official court-supervised sites.”
